All Payments Are Final

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, payments made for consultations, Courses, Vastu services, spiritual remedies, rituals, Puja services or other booked Services are final and non-refundable.

Consultation Booking & Scheduling

After receiving the consultation fee and required birth-related information, Astro Jagannath will communicate through the contact details provided by the client to coordinate the consultation date and time.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information to the best of their knowledge. Providing incorrect or incomplete information does not create a right to a refund.

Appointment Is Mandatory

A prior appointment is mandatory for an in-person meeting with Astro Jagannath at the Raipur location.

Clients should not visit without a confirmed appointment. An unannounced visit may not be accommodated and will not constitute grounds for a refund.

Spiritual Rituals, Remedies & Puja Services

Payments for traditional spiritual rituals, negative-energy cleansing practices, Vastu Puja, astrology remedies, devotional practices, mantra-based services and other spiritual services are non-refundable once the service has been booked, prepared or initiated.

These services are provided according to the nature of the selected traditional practice and the information supplied by the client.

Courses & Digital Services

Fees paid for Courses, digital educational material, online sessions, recorded content or other digital Services are non-refundable once access, delivery or participation has commenced.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the Course or Service details before making payment.

Non-Attendance & Client Cancellation

Failure to attend a confirmed appointment, delay in providing required information, change of personal circumstances or cancellation by the client does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

Any rescheduling, where offered, remains subject to availability and the applicable Service terms.

Results Are Not a Basis for Refund

Astrology, Vastu and spiritual guidance involve interpretation and traditional practices. No specific outcome or result is guaranteed.

Dissatisfaction with an interpretation, prediction, recommendation, personal outcome or expected result does not by itself constitute grounds for a refund.

Client Acceptance

By booking a consultation, purchasing a Course, or paying for any Service, the client confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

Exceptional Legal Rights

This policy is intended to apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy is intended to unlawfully exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
